What does my status mean?

New: You order has been received.

Pre-order:
You order was received for an item that is not on sale yet. It will ship as soon as it becomes available.

Partial Shipment:
We have partially shipped your order. If you are sending different items to different addresses, part of your order has been shipped.

Shipped:
Your order has been shipped.

Canceled:
Your order was canceled, either you or us.

Hold:
Your order is currently on hold. Please contact us for more information.

Completed:
Your order is complete and does not require shipment.

Unpaid:
We have received your order but not your payment. We will hold your order until we receive payment. Your order will ship as soon as payment has been received.

What is My Account?

In the My Account section of the website you can:
  • Track your orders and your order status.
  • Add multiple addresses you can products ship to.
  • Read the last 30 messages you have sent us and our response to your messages.
  • Keep track of items on your Wish List and order them later.

When do pre-orders ship?

Pre-orders ship on the date they become available, in the meantime, your order status will remain on "Pre-order".

What are the Account Types for Registration?

Customer Account: This account is for customers who would like to purchase products from our store.

Wholesale Account: This account is for stores, organizations, churches and book clubs who would like to order books in bulk for a discount.

I would like to review a book for a blog, website or publication. Where can I get a copy?

If you would like to review one of our publications for a blog, website, newspaper or magazine, please contact our Media department using the contact form. We will send you a free copy of the publication of your choice for review.

What kind of payment do you accept?

We currently accept two forms of payment: Paypal and check.

Paypal is a safe and secure payment method used millions of people worldwide. Paypal does not release credit card information. Your information will be automatically sent to the bank/merchant service that charges your card. We do not have access to your information.

If, however, you still are hesitant in using your credit card, you may send a check. This will delay the processing and shipment of your order up to two weeks depending on several different factors.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

Currently, we cannot ship outside of the United States. Amazon.com can ship our paperback books worldwide. All of our eBooks can be downloaded worldwide to any computer as long as the operating system is Windows (our eBooks are not configured for Mac). Our paperback publications are also available for download on Amazon.com's Kindle.

What are your shipping methods?

We currently ship United States Postal Service (USPS).

Media Mail and Parcel Mail take about 2-9 days to arrive and do not have a tracking service.

Priority Mail takes about 1-3 days to arrive and it can be tracked through UPS. It will not be delivered the post office. UPS delivers Priority Mail.
